I must agree with you, mrmalaki, on Germany being the winners. Not sure about the Golden Boot yet. Plenty of time to make a more considered choice on both matters.

The candidates:

Portugal
Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid) - 46 Goals in La Liga

France
Karim Benzema (Real Madrid) - 21 Goals in La Liga
Olivier Giroud (Montpellier) - 21 Goals in Ligue 1

Spain
Roberto Soldado (Valencia) - 17 Goals in La Liga
Fernando Llorente (Atletico Bilbao) - 17 Goals in La Liga

Germany
Mario Gomez (Bayern Munich) - 26 Goals in Bundesliga

Netherlands
Robin Van Persie (Arsenal) - 30 Goals in Premier League
Klass Jan Huntelaar (Schalke) - 29 Goals in Bundesliga
Bas Dost (Heerenveen) - 32 Goals in Eredivisie
Luuk De Jong (Twente) 25 Goals in Eredivisie

Poland
Robert Lewandowski (Borussia Dortmund) - 22 Goals in Bundesliga

Sweden
Zlatan Ibrahimovic (AC Milan) - 28 Goals in Serie A

Italy
Antonio Di Natale (Udinese) - 23 Goals in Serie A

England
Wayne Rooney (Manchester United) - 27 Goals in Premier League

Those are the big hitters over the last season. The likes of Mario Balotelli, Fernando Torres and a selection of other strikers do not feature given that they have not showed any great form over the last year. It's also difficult to determine who the likes of Spain will go with upfront as the obvious option in David Villa is not available.

The Dutch seem to have the most firepower available but there are thoughts that they may try to play 4-3-3 like to accomodate Robben which may mean only Van Persie is included. Some teams like Italy seem to be struggling for goalscorers so may be expected to be much ore defensive.
