Bit late sorry, have been travelling around:

ROUND 2 :

Greece xxxxx Czech
Poland xxxxx Russia
Denmark xxxx Portugal
Holland xxxx Germany
Italy 1 - 0 Croatia
Spain 2 - 0 Ireland
Ukraine 0 - 4 France
Sweden 1 - 2 England

I've been impressed with Germany so far and France so should be some likely challenges to holders Spain.

Pleased I went with Gomez as top scorer in tournament as he's doing rather well.

Makes up for me being bottom of the Predictions League Champions league so far.

Quickest Scoring Team : France

Is it just my biased opinion or has Yohan Cabaye been one of the real standout players thus far? I have to admit I've only seen a handful of games but in both the French games he has been excellent. On the ball he's creating for the players around him, he's working to win it back and he's got a goal although he's unlucky that he doesn't have three or four! I expect bids to arrive around the 25M mark.

Yes, Cabaye has been very impressive, showing that he's more than an equal to the opposition players. We'll have to see how he does against the likes of Germany and Spain before rating him too highly.

P.S When is Alan Pardew packing his bags for Tottenham?

Alan Pardew won't go to Spurs! Cos everyone knows that the real mastermind (Carr) has just signed a 7 year contract...
