Don't quite know how to score this...you picked a Colombia win, but got England to score 1 goal. I picked an England win but technically at full time it was a draw...

I've given you one point...Feel free to adjust as you see fit.

Well every one is buzzing now.
Still a tricky match v Sweden mrmalaki;  Sweden are well organised tough to beat.
The wind must surly be in Englands sails though.
Still would not be surprised if this one went to extra time as well.

Yes i agree with your prediction table mrmalaki!

Deep down I've expected us to go out in every round so really it's been going well. Sweden seem like a bit of a nothing team, no stand out players but well organised (as you say). I give England the edge in this because we do have stand out players (in Kane and recently Trippier) and they will unlock what is actually a pretty poor and slow defence.

Well this is going to be a tighter match v Croatia, first 20 minutes very important not to conceded.
They have two or three handy players; but England have grown in confidence over the tournament.
Going to go mental now.....
Croatia 0-3 England

So yes France v England !!!!

I think that we could be in for a good game tonight.
To reach the final would be a huge achievement for this group.
So are they going to play as confidently as they did against Sweden?

Croatia will be confident, they've played well, especially against Argentina.
On the flip side they've beena little underwhelming in the ko rounds.
Maybe they've taken their foot off of the gas ready to big in the last two game
It's really hard to know which way this is going to go
Now when you look at the match ups on the pitch England are stronger (expect Mandzukic to drift in to Walkers space)
Going in to the match England have been more consistent.

However expect Croatia to dominate the midfield,
One of the key decisions will be whether to change the Alli for the more defensive Dier
My guess is simple and inline with my prediction above
England 1-1 Croatia (Eng through on pens)

Well Mrmalaki not quite good enough.
First half was good , we needed to score the elusive 2nd goal in that starting 45 minutes.
England fell away quite dramatically in the last 30 mins of the match. We let them come on to our defence far to easily. Needed to ball keep much more. Croatia really pushed up the pitch which was something our midfield could not deal with.

Now i was never a GS fan when he was first appointed, thought that he lacked any real management skills; however he has rewritten the word "team". No more  closed shop anymore.
He has been a breath of fresh air; which has seen; in my opinion, a much more vibrant squad. This world cup will inspire players to play for England.
Had heard somewhere he wants to see more training sessions for under 17, under 21,Senior and perhaps England ladies all together. That has got to inspire the youngsters to greater heights.
I hope potential England players will demand that thay can be released from their clubs to play for the national side, even for the "friendlies" mrmalaki!!!!
Now we have a bit of a problem with all this and its called the Premier League. As you know every team wants to lash out úzillions. which they havent got on players who normally come from overseas.
Now dont get me wrong, not looking for a ban of overseas players, they can also inspire the youngsters. But could more support be given to try and keep and develop players, rather than, nope we need a midfielder from.....where-ever???
GS has got every football fan interested in England now, he has got  players wanting to play for England.
The FA must be over the moon with SG and  his squad. They will be supporting GS with his own management skills, tactics, training methods team selection etc.

Question is, will the Premier League support GS and England?

They have got to now.
